ISA / Lead Generation Specialist — Recruitment & Staffing Sales Role Type: Full-Time, Remote Location: Philippines-based (work from home) Timezone: US Mountain Standard Time (MST) Industry: Recruitment Services · Staffing · Managed Service Providers (MSP) Salary: $1,200 – $1,700 USD/month net + performance-based commission ABOUT THE ROLE Summit 360 Solutions is looking for a sharp, self-driven ISA / Lead Generation Specialist to own our outbound prospecting and appointment setting pipeline. You will be the engine behind our business development function — identifying the right prospects, opening conversations, and booking qualified discovery calls for our senior team. This role is specifically designed for someone who understands how to sell recruitment services, managed staffing solutions, or outsourced workforce programs to US-based businesses. You know how to get past the gatekeeper, speak credibly to a hiring manager or operations leader, and turn a cold call into a booked meeting. This is not a general VA role. This is a dedicated B2B sales execution position. You will be measured on pipeline activity and qualified appointments — and rewarded when those appointments convert to closed deals. RESPONSIBILITIES • Prospect and build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms — focusing on US-based SMBs, growth-stage companies, and businesses with active or recurring hiring needs • Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to decision-makers — CEOs, COOs, HR Directors, Hiring Managers, and Operations Leaders • Qualify prospects based on company size, hiring velocity, openness to outsourced staffing or managed service solutions, and decision-maker access • Set discovery calls and qualified appointments for Summit 360's senior business development team • Run structured multi-channel follow-up sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn to maximize connect rates • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM — all call logs, contact data, lead status, and next steps logged after every interaction • Handle objections confidently and navigate gatekeepers to reach the right decision-maker • Track and report weekly KPIs: dials, connects, qualified conversations, and appointments booked • Collaborate with the Summit 360 team on refining messaging, ICP targeting, and outreach strategy based on real call feedback QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, ISA, or SDR roles with a documented track record — metrics and results required • Direct experience supporting US-based businesses, staffing firms, recruitment agencies, or managed service providers is strongly preferred • Solid understanding of recruitment services, talent outsourcing, or workforce solutions sales — able to speak credibly about the value of an outsourced staffing model • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, list building, and outreach — experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is a strong plus • Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience — comfortable managing pipelines, logging activities, and maintaining clean data • Neutral or near-native American English communication — clear, professional, and confident on the phone with US-based decision-makers • Consultative sales approach — able to lead a discovery-oriented conversation, not just recite a script • Comfortable working full-time in US Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours from a home-based setup in the Philippines • Highly self-directed, organized, and accountable — this is a remote role with real performance expectations TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY • CRM — HubSpot (required; primary platform for all pipeline and activity tracking) • Prospecting — LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or equivalent lead sourcing platforms • Dialers — RingCentral, Aircall, Dialpad, or similar outbound calling tools • Outreach & Sequencing — email and LinkedIn follow-up cadences (HubSpot Sequences, Apollo, or similar) • Communication & Collaboration — Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace for team coordination and reporting WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Within 30 days — You know the pitch, the ICP, and the objections. Your pipeline is active, your HubSpot is clean, and you are booking meetings consistently. Within 90 days — You are hitting appointment targets, your qualified conversion rate is climbing, and the senior team trusts every hand-off you make. You are not just filling calendars — you are filling them with the right people.
